Booking terms

These terms apply to bookings for the Nitrox theory courses offered through Nitrox.info.

2. Courses and what is included
PADI Nitrox eLearning: €199. Online theory training using PADI digital learning materials. German, English and Spanish can be selected at checkout. Other course languages are available on request; please confirm availability before purchasing.
ProNRC Nitrox eLearning: €119. Online theory training in German, with an examination and certification upon successful completion and fulfilment of the certification requirements. The course and examination are in German, even when you use the English or Spanish website.
Neither offer includes practical dives. PADI registration and verification of certification requirements are handled personally. ProNRC standard access details are sent automatically according to the selected start option. Certification is issued through the relevant training organisation: digitally in the PADI app or as a ProNRC certification card. Payment alone does not entitle you to a passing examination result or certification without meeting the requirements. 3. Eligibility and participant details
You must confirm that you already hold a diving certification. Provide complete and accurate participant and contact details. Depending on the course, checkout also requires your PADI number or a photograph, or additional registration and certification details. Please clarify any questions about your eligibility with us before purchasing.
4. Booking and formation of the contract
Select your course, complete the booking form and provide the required confirmations. Choose “Angaben prüfen und zur Zahlung” to review your details and proceed towards payment. You can correct your details using “Angaben bearbeiten” before paying. Opening the summary does not itself trigger payment.
By giving final confirmation of the payment in the PayPal payment process, you submit a binding order. We accept it by confirming the successful booking and payment. A booking confirmation is sent by email after payment has been verified; access details follow separately. Payment does not itself activate course access. If the payment status is unclear, first use “Zahlungsstatus erneut prüfen” to check it again or contact us before paying again.
5. Prices and payment
The stated amounts are total prices in euros, including any applicable taxes. The total shown for your selected course before payment applies. Payment is made through PayPal. This is a one-off course booking, not a subscription. You are responsible for the cost of your internet connection and device.
6. Course start and access
After payment has been verified, you receive a booking confirmation. You can optionally request an early start on the booking form. For ProNRC, access details are then emailed automatically in a separate message. For PADI, Wieland registers you personally and PADI emails your access details directly. If you do not request an early start, the scheduled waiting period applies to both courses.
Earlier access may be arranged individually. Such access, or an informal request to start immediately, does not in itself constitute a waiver of your statutory right of withdrawal.
You need internet access, a suitable internet-enabled device and a current browser or the course provider’s required application. If you have specific device or accessibility requirements, please check suitability with us before purchasing. Access details are intended for the registered participant.
7. Withdrawal and statutory rights
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The withdrawal notice in German explains the period, procedure and model form. You can submit a withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function in German. Manual activation does not replace the statutory requirements for any early expiry of that right.
Statutory rights apply to defects, including the applicable provisions for digital products and other agreed services. These booking terms do not restrict statutory warranty, liability or consumer rights. If you have problems with access or course content, please contact us using the details above.
8. Contract language and records
The checkout contract language is German. The English and Spanish versions of this page are provided to aid understanding; your selected course language is separate. You can print or save this page and the order summary using your browser. Booking data is stored to administer the contract, and booking and payment confirmation is sent by email. Checkout does not provide a personal customer account for permanent access to the complete contract text. Please keep your confirmation and documents.
9. Privacy
Our privacy notice explains how your information is processed, including training organisations, PayPal, retention and deletion.
